The DMV® 45™ was developed to improve viewing of the eye while removing and inserting GP lenses.
The handle is angled at 45 degrees for better viewing.
The DMV® Soft Lens Handler™ has patented gripper pads which closely align with the eye shape and gently caress the lens surface. This allows comfortable and safe lens insertion and removal.
Its small end has a shallow cupped indentation that holds the lens securely for placement onto the eye. The contact lens wearer can easily and accurately guide the SLH into place while looking in a mirror.
The DMV® Vented Scleral Cup™ is an aid for INSERTION of hybrid contact lenses. Hybrid lenses are made of a gas permeable center optical area surrounded by a soft comfort skirt.
The DMV® Vented Scleral Cup™ helps the wearer guide the hybrid lens straight onto the eye in a stable manner thus avoiding dropping the lens from their finger. This tool is NOT USED FOR REMOVAL of hybrid lenses.
